Client: With a portfolio of projects in the UK, the client is recognised as a market leading building services contractor. They are renowned for large fit out and new build projects in rail, commercial office, data centre and public sectors. Clients include major law and financial companies, as well as large blue chip main contractors. After a successful year, they are now looking to increase turnover to 400M, consequently they are looking to expand their operations team.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Management of subcontractor labour
- RFI s and technical submittals
- All health and safety
- Review and amend RAMS
- Red pen design reviews
- Snagging
- Testing and commissioning
- Driving job
The ideal candidate:
- Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of Mechanical services.
- Experience working in the rail sector
- Experience managing projects to a minimum of 2M within your own discipline.
