An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing & Office Manager to join a well-established construction logistics specialist based in the heart of the City of London.

Operating across some of London's most prestigious construction developments, the business provides specialist logistics, planning and support services to leading Tier 1 contractors and developers.

With an excellent reputation for delivering high quality solutions on complex, high-profile projects, the company continues to grow and is looking for an organised, creative and proactive individual to support both its marketing function and day to day office operations.

This is a varied role that combines marketing, bid support and office management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing to the success of a growing business.

The Role

Based at the company's Fenchurch Street office, you'll be responsible for managing the company's marketing activities while ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll help enhance the company's brand, produce high quality tender presentations, manage digital marketing channels and provide general office management support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous marketing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and design high quality marketing material
  • Prepare professional tender submissions, PQQs and bid presentations.
  • Produce engaging presentations to support client meetings and business development activities.
  • Manage and update the company website
  • Maintain and develop the company's social media platforms, creating regular content to promote projects, company news and achievements.
  • Ensure all marketing material is aligned with company branding.
  • Assist with internal communications and company announcements.
  • Coordinate photography, project updates and marketing content from live construction sites.
  • Support business development activities with marketing collateral and client documentation.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and manage office supplies and facilities.
  • Coordinate meetings and support senior management with diary management where required.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining office records.
  • Organise company events, meetings and team activities.

About You

We're looking for a creative, social, organised and proactive individual who enjoys working across both marketing and office management.

You'll ideally have

  • Previous experience within a Marketing, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager or Office Manager
  • Experience producing tender submissions, bid documentation or client presentations.
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Experience managing company websites and social media platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • A good eye for design and presentation.
  • Software Experience

Experience using the following would be highly desirable: Adobe In Design, Canva, Microsoft Power Point and Social media management platforms
