I am seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the face of one of the UK’s leading construction businesses to be based in a brand new, high end office in Aldgate. This is a front of house, client facing role suited to someone confident, outgoing and proactive who takes pride in delivering an exceptional first impression. Previous experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role within a corporate environment is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients and contractors
- Providing a warm, professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
- Managing reception desk duties, including answering and directing calls
- Coordinating meeting rooms, bookings and refreshments
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Maintaining a polished and presentable reception and office area at all times
- Supporting the wider office and administrative team as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role within a corporate environment
- Confident, articulate and professional communication skills
- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused attitude
- Proactive and organised, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Well-presented with a professional appearance
