This is a fast-paced, high-specification environment with an immediate requirement to drive the project through its final stages and towards handover. The Role * Manage finishing works across the project through to handover. * Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades. * Drive snagging, quality and completion activities. * Liaise with the wider construction team, consultants and client. * Ensure works are delivered on programme and to a high standard. The Candidate * Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on major construction projects. * Background in hotel, residential, commercial or high-end fit-out. * Strong knowledge of finishes, snagging and handover. * Confident in managing subcontractors and key stakeholders. * Strong IT and documentation skills. * Available immediately or at short notice.
