An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment activities and wider People & Culture initiatives within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
As HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in attracting, recruiting and retaining exceptional talent while supporting a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with hiring managers and the People team, you will help deliver an outstanding employee and candidate experience, ensuring people processes are efficient, engaging and aligned with business growth objectives. This role offers excellent exposure to both HR and Talent Acquisition, making it ideal for someone looking to further develop their career within a successful and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, operational and corporate functions, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, support recruitment planning and develop talent pipelines for current and future business needs.
- Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, onboarding activities and pre-employment checks, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
- Support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, inductions, probation reviews, employee records management, contract administration and HR system maintenance.
- Assist with People & Culture initiatives relating to employee engagement, wellbeing, learning and development, internal communications and employee experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and HR data, producing regular reports and insights to support business decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimise Applicant Tracking Systems and HR systems, ensuring compliance, data integrity and efficient processes.
- Support employer branding, diversity and inclusion initiatives, careers events and external partnerships to strengthen attraction strategies and enhance employer reputation.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of recruitment and HR best practices, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies and organisational objectives.
We are looking for an organised, proactive and relationship-focused individual who enjoys working across both recruitment and HR. You will ideally possess:
- Previous experience within HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a combined HR & Recruitment role.
- A CIPD qualification (or currently studying) or equivalent HR/recruitment experience.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration.
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience using HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
