The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Testing Manager to join a leading electrical contractor working closely with Harrods.
This is a key client-facing position, responsible for overseeing electrical testing and inspection activities across the Harrods estate, ensuring works are completed to a high standard and that all testing, certification and remedial requirements are properly managed.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in EICR testing, inspection and quality management, with proven experience working on aged and existing electrical installations rather than solely new-build environments.

- Review test sheets and documentation received from overnight testing teams.
- Carry out regular spot checks of electrical installations to ensure testing has been completed thoroughly and accurately.
- Review and collate photographs, test results and supporting documentation.
- Oversee and assist with the completion of EICR and electrical test certificates.
- Identify and assess remedial works arising from testing activities.
- Provide accurate costings for remedial electrical works.
- Price and plan additional ad hoc electrical and small works as requested by the client.
- Maintain accurate filing, records and testing documentation.
- Monitor the quality and progress of testing teams and ensure works are delivered in line with client expectations.
- Act as a key point of contact between the electrical contractor, testing teams and the Harrods client team.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance where required.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of remedial and small electrical works.

- Currently working as an NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (QS), or have previously held this position and be willing to undertake the role again.
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification.
- Current experience managing or supervising EICR / electrical testing teams.
