A major contractor known for delivering some of London’s most complex and high-profile builds is seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Manager to take ownership of the electrical delivery on a landmark commercial project in Central London.
This nine-figure scheme is already underway and represents one of the capital’s most ambitious mixed-use developments, combining scale, complexity and quality. This is a career-defining opportunity to lead from the front in a technically challenging, fast-paced environment.
This is not a back-office coordination role. You will lead the electrical strategy and delivery across shell, core and fit-out, from early-stage design resolution through to commissioning and client handover. You will be a senior voice within the delivery team, working closely with the wider services team, project directors, consultants, and top-tier subcontractors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading electrical coordination and design resolution across a major commercial development
- Managing delivery, quality assurance, technical compliance, and programme risk
- Overseeing commissioning, handover and close-out
- Acting as the electrical lead across design workshops, technical reviews and client updates
- Working closely with construction leads to maintain programme and performance
