Iām currently representing a well-respected family-owned tier one Main Contractor or that work across build, construction, fit out projects within both private and public sectors operating across the UK. As a Group they have a proven track record delivering a variety of projects across Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, education, retail, and residential schemes ranging from small works to major projects.

Having built up a solid client based with some blue-chip companies; our client has been successfully delivering multiple projects with most of their workload being repeat business. Within this division all the projects will be solely within Fit out across Cat A and Cat B ranging from 50 Million + in value so previous large fit out project experience is essential.

Construction Manager Responsibilities:
Maintain high-quality standards through regular inspections, snag management, and defect resolution
Work closely with the Project Director, design, and commercial teams to mitigate risk and manage change
Track site progress, productivity, and performance, providing regular updates to senior management
Coordinate temporary works and resolve buildability and sequencing issues
Manage commissioning, testing, and handover processes to achieve successful project completion
Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
