I am working with a dynamic client who has built a reputation delivering some of the most prestigious fit outs and infrastructure upgrades in London. With an annual turnover in excess of £65M, they operate across banking, finance, legal and datacentre sectors. Providing a one stop shop for clients, they can cover full building services from tricky BMS installs to major M&E refurbishments. They're on the hunt for a dynamic Client Project Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of their banking framework projects from inception through to close out. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and successful delivery of projects while also maintaining a strong client relationship throughout the project life cycle. As the key point of contact you'll ensure seamless flow of communication between contractors and clients, making sure every detail is aligned with the client’s vision.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and executed.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining high levels of communication and delivering results within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Coordination with contractors and design teams to ensure that designs align with client needs and are feasible to implement.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with plans and safety regulations.
- Track project deliverables against timelines and budgets, addressing deviations.
- Mediating between client and project teams to align expectations.
- Identify and track potential project risks related to technical challenges, budget, timeline and resources.
- Develop mitigation strategies to minimize or resolve risks as they arise.
- Attend, schedule and minute regular meetings on coordination, progress and design.
- Maintain governance across all projects including completion of all relevant client documentation.
