Client: Our client is a medium sized, privately owned M&E Contractor operating within central London and the surrounding Home counties. They have over 30 years of experience and benefit from a large amount of repeat business. Typical projects range from £200,000 to £4M in the commercial office sector, with a turnover in excess of £20M and an established brand. Clients include Tier 1 Contractors such as BW, Parkeray, and Mace Interiors. As the company expands, they are looking to take on another Mechanical Project Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an £8.5 million mechanical project reporting into a contracts manager. The project will be an office space, data centre and pharmaceutical fit out project. Key to this role is managing the project at site level; ensuring it is completed on time, to a high quality and within budget.

- Experience working in the commercial sector.
