We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager (MEP) to join a major project delivery team working across large-scale infrastructure and technically complex construction projects. This position will be responsible for leading the delivery of significant MEP packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on programme, and within commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery and management of major MEP packages across complex projects
- Manage tendering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover activities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and project interfaces
- Oversee programme management, sequencing, risk mitigation, and project controls
- Ensure technical compliance across design, engineering, and installation phases
- Drive commercial performance and support project reporting and forecasting
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Support team leadership, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale MEP projects within commercial, infrastructure, or technically demanding environments
- Strong understanding of project delivery, programme management, and package coordination
- Experience managing multiple disciplines and complex project interfaces
- Technical or engineering qualifications within building services or construction
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability
- SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification preferred
