This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to run their own projects, take ownership and have genuine visibility & contribution within the family feel like business. 🔹 £1M - £15M projects 🔹 Healthcare, commercial, refurbishment & specialist projects 🔹 Projects all within approx. 90 minutes of Berkshire 🔹 Berkshire | Oxfordshire | Banbury | Parts of London | Ealing | Portsmouth 🔹 Strong pipeline of repeat business 🔹 Close-knit, personable team 🔹 Growing business with genuine progression opportunities for you to take your career to the next level They're looking for someone who: ▪️ Has at least 10+ years' construction experience ▪️ Has experience running projects up to £10m ▪️ Is confident managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams ▪️ Has a strong understanding of programme, quality, H&S and risk ▪️ Is hands-on, proactive and enjoys taking ownership The Job: £8M Healthcare Facility Fit Out & Refurbishment ▪️ Full strip-out, refurbishment and internal reconfiguration of an existing healthcare facility ▪️ Installation of partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, joinery and specialist healthcare finishes ▪️ Extensive M&E upgrades, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire alarm and plumbing services ▪️ Coordination of multiple specialist subcontractors and suppliers across a complex healthcare environment ▪️ Phased delivery, commissioning and handover, with a strong focus on programme, quality, health & safety and infection control 💰 £60,000 – £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Pension The business has a really strong reputation for repeat business and is continuing to grow, so there's a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career with them
