We’re working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor on a major new-build residential development in Bath, and they’re looking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to lead the MEP design, delivery and handover. This is a key site-based position, taking ownership of the building services function through construction, commissioning and handover, working closely with the project team, consultants and specialist subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading MEP delivery across the project
  • Managing mechanical and electrical subcontractors
  • Driving programme, sequencing and installation
  • Reviewing technical submissions, drawings and design information
  • Ensuring quality, compliance and safe delivery
  • Managing commissioning and handover
  • Working closely with commercial and project teams
  • Providing strong technical leadership across the site

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong Building Services / MEP management experience
  • Main contractor experience preferred
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale new-build projects
  • Strong understanding of M&E coordination and installation
  • Confident managing specialist subcontractors and project stakeholders
  • A strong track record from construction through to completion

Salary: £95,000 + £7,000 car allowance or company car. Additional package includes expenses-paid travel, bonus and wider benefits. Bath-based project.
