My client is a major player within the Fit Out and Refurbishment market. They are a cash rich, robust business who were established 30 years ago and are based in the heart of London. Typically their projects are in ‘zone 1’ ranging from CAT B fit outs for blue chip businesses and challenging Cut & Carve projects up to £150M. Their London turnover sits around £350M and have lots of big jobs in the pipeline. They have been successful in attracting and recruiting some of the industry’s best talent, creating a recognisable brand and establishing themselves as an industry leader. As a result of several project wins they are looking to grow their operations team. Although my client is a large company, they have successfully maintained a close-knit, family feel. Each member of staff is given a well-defined progression path, ensuring opportunities for growth and career development within the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Assisting in the review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements from sub-contractors to ensure working methods outlined are safe and appropriate.
- Support in carrying out toolbox talks and site inductions.
- Monitoring the project's performance.
- Supervising on-site construction work.
