Senior Building Services Manager required for a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering major healthcare projects across the South East. This role will focus on the delivery of MEP packages on live hospital projects, with responsibilities covering technical coordination, commissioning, quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates must have previous experience working within a Tier 1 contractor or major subcontractor environment and a strong understanding of healthcare standards, including HTM guidance. Experience within hospital environments, commissioning strategy, ventilation systems, medical gases and healthcare compliance is highly desirable.
