Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and creative Senior 3D Visualiser to join our sociable, office-based team. The Role

As a Senior 3D Visualiser, you will take ownership of producing high-quality 3D models and visual content that clearly communicate construction proposals and strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating high-quality 3D models, renders and visualisations for major commercial construction projects
  • Developing detailed 3D representations of construction sites, buildings, compounds, access routes, plant, vehicles, temporary works and site infrastructure
  • Translating 2D CAD information, architectural drawings and technical data into accurate and visually engaging 3D environments
  • Producing 3D site plans, phasing visuals, construction sequences and presentation material
  • Creating compelling client-facing visuals, renders, animations and walkthroughs
  • Supporting technical drawing production through 2D CAD and detailed site analysis
  • Working closely with project managers, planners, engineers, designers and senior stakeholders to develop practical and visually effective solutions
  • Presenting complex technical information in a clear and engaging visual format
  • Taking ownership of projects from initial concept through to final delivery
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of accuracy, presentation and visual quality
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Helping to develop and improve the company's 3D visualisation standards, workflows and capabilities
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the CAD and visualisation team where appropriate

About You

We are looking for an experienced 3D Visualiser with a strong technical understanding of construction and the ability to combine creativity with accuracy. You will ideally have:

  • 5+ years' experience within 3D visualisation, 3D CAD, architectural visualisation or a related construction environment
  • Strong experience producing high-quality 3D models and visualisations
  • Previous experience working on commercial construction projects or within the built environment
  • A strong understanding of construction sites, buildings, plant, temporary works and construction methodologies
  • Excellent 2D CAD experience, with the ability to interpret and produce accurate technical drawings
  • Experience with relevant 3D modelling and visualisation software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, Twinmotion, Enscape, Lumion or similar
  • A strong understanding of materials, lighting, camera composition and visual presentation
  • The ability to turn complex technical information into clear, engaging visual content
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for quality
  • Confidence working directly with project teams and clients
  • The ability to manage your own workload and take ownership of multiple projects
  • A proactive, creative and commercially minded approach
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude
