The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical services across multiple projects, developing high-performing teams, and helping drive successful project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership across all technical services functions.
- Oversee the delivery of major commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Lead, mentor and develop Technical Services Managers and wider technical teams.
- Support pre-construction activities, bid submissions and client engagement.
- Drive technical excellence, innovation and best practice throughout project delivery.
- Work closely with operational, commercial and design teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
- Contribute to business growth through technical leadership and market presence.
Candidate Profile

- A proven track record leading technical services on large-scale commercial fit-out or construction projects (£50M+).
- Experience managing multiple projects and technical teams simultaneously.
