MEP Director / Head of Technical Services

Salary: £170,000 - £190,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package

An established and ambitious construction business is seeking an experienced MEPDirector to join its leadership team and play a key role in the next phase of growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-funded, highly reputable organisation with significant expansion plans within the commercial fit-out sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical services across multiple projects, developing high-performing teams, and helping drive successful project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will:

  • Provide strategic leadership across all technical services functions.
  • Oversee the delivery of major commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Lead, mentor and develop Technical Services Managers and wider technical teams.
  • Support pre-construction activities, bid submissions and client engagement.
  • Drive technical excellence, innovation and best practice throughout project delivery.
  • Work closely with operational, commercial and design teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
  • Contribute to business growth through technical leadership and market presence.

Candidate Profile

  • A proven track record leading technical services on large-scale commercial fit-out or construction projects (£50M+).
  • Experience managing multiple projects and technical teams simultaneously.
