Job Description Senior Mechanical Project Engineer Location : West London Salary : up to £80,000 + package. The company Our client is a leading UK MEP contractor with 25 years in the industry. They work primarily in the commercial, healthcare, education and R&D and have a strong track record of delivering projects for Tier 1 contractors. The project The project you will be working on is a CAT B fit-out of laboratory space in an existing building in central London. The project is the next phase of a complete refurbishment of an existing Grade 2 listed building in which three floors will be fitted out for Universities laboratory space. The package is worth circa £15 Million, and as Project Engineer you will take the phase from pre-construction to commissioning, reporting to the lead project manager on the scheme. Upon the successful management of design stage and pre-construction, you will then move into a project management role.
