Responsibilities as a Project Director:
- Lead the overall delivery of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee and support project teams, including Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, providing leadership, guidance, and performance oversight.
- Take full ownership of client relationships, acting as the principal point of contact and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with the preconstruction team to influence tender strategy, contribute to bid submissions, and support successful project wins.
- Manage all commercial aspects of projects in collaboration with the commercial team, ensuring financial targets and reporting requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety, legal, and regulatory standards across all sites.
- Drive best practices in delivery, resource planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and changes efficiently and effectively.
