MEP Supervisor

Client: My client has established themselves as one of the UK’s premier M&E contractors. Following their formation almost 80 years ago, they have grown their turnover to over £250m per annum. The business boasts an envious track record of delivering some of the UK’s and London’s landmark projects. Typically they specialise in major shell and core projects in sectors such as; commercial offices, healthcare, pharmaceutical and education. Despite their size, this Tier 1 M&E Contractor has fantastic staff retention rates with a reputation for looking after their staff. They offer excellent exposure and internal training schemes with a hands-on approach to developing their staff.

Role: MEP Supervisor – C.London – £280-£320 per day

The successful candidate will be supervising flagship Commercial refurbishment valued up to £35 million M&E package for one of the largest blue-chip businesses in the UK.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Good mechanical & electrical package knowledge
• Managing & coordinating works to meet programme requirements
• Demonstrate a methodical approach
• Understanding of quality process and ability to meet deadlines
• Liaison and direction to sub-contractor
• Team orientated

The ideal candidate:

• Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of electrical services
• Experience working in the commercial sector
• SSSTS/SMSTS Qualified
