Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of a £20M+ high-end CAT B commercial fit out from pre-construction through to completion.
- Take ownership of the construction programme, ensuring key milestones and project deadlines are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants and key project stakeholders.
- Drive the highest standards of health & safety, quality assurance and overall project delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the commercial team to manage budgets, procurement and cost control.
- Chair progress meetings, produce regular reports and provide updates to both senior management and the client.
