Project Manager – Central London

The Company

My client is a leading multi-million-pound Fit Out and Refurbishment contractor, with several specialist divisions and a core focus on their Interiors team. This central department is responsible for delivering some of London’s largest and most prestigious office fit-out and refurbishment schemes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Lead the construction team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Act as the primary client contact, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Oversee adherence to all health & safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Maintain thorough reporting and project documentation from start to finish.
