Recruiting Commercial Staff to the Fit out and Refurbishment Sector

We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join a leading interiors specialist in London. If you’ve got 5+ years’ experience in fit-out and refurbishment and can hit the ground running, this one’s for you.

What’s on offer:

• Salary up to £85k + pension
• High-end CAT A & CAT B projects across London
• Projects from boutique refurbishments through to £50m+ fit-outs
• Work with a business backed by a £1bn+ global construction group
• Be part of a team delivering luxury hospitality, retail, workplace, and residential spaces

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years’ estimating experience in interiors/fit-out
• Confidence to work independently
• Strong commercial awareness and accuracy
