I am working with a dynamic client who has built a reputation delivering some of the most prestigious fit outs and infrastructure upgrades in London operating across banking, finance, legal and datacentre sectors. Providing a one stop shop for clients, they can cover full building services from tricky BMS installs to major M&E refurbishments. My client are currently seeking to join our growing team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with main contracting and Procore experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organise and maintain project documentation using Procore.
- Ensure timely distribution of documents to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions and project correspondences.
- Work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure document control protocols are consistently followed.
- Support the implementation and development of document control procedures and systems.
- Track and report on document review cycles and approvals.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with company and client standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller working for a main contractor (essential).
- Experience using Procore or a similar EDMS platform (strongly preferred).
- A strong eye for detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Clear understanding of document control processes and construction industry standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
