Role: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - MEP Building Services - GBP55,000 - GBP65,000 + Benefits
The successful candidate will join an experienced design team and play a key role in the delivery of mechanical building services projects from initial concept through to detailed design. Working across a diverse portfolio of schemes, you will be involved in producing innovative and practical design solutions while supporting project delivery from a technical perspective.

Role & Responsibilities:
Produce Mechanical building services designs for a range of Residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
Carry out design calculations and develop technical specifications.
Prepare and coordinate design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
Support the delivery of projects through all RIBA design stages.
Coordinate with electrical engineers, architects and external consultants.
Attend client, design and project meetings.
Undertake site visits and surveys where required.
The Ideal Candidate:
2-5 years' experience within an Mechanical building services consultancy environment.
Degree, HNC or HND qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
Working knowledge of industry software including AutoCAD and Revit.
Experience across commercial fit-out, office, residential or mixed-use developments.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress within a growing consultancy.
