Key Responsibilities- Lead the on-site delivery and coordination of all MEP works, maintaining quality, safety, and programme performance.
- Manage and interface with the main M&E subcontractor and specialist trades to ensure technical excellence and efficiency.
- Oversee installation sequencing, testing, and commissioning, ensuring all systems meet design intent and performance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with project, design, and commercial teams to drive integration across all disciplines.
- Identify and implement value engineering opportunities to improve buildability and cost efficiency.
