Are you a talented Senior Project Manager with expertise in MEP looking for an exciting new opportunity to showcase your skills? Look no further - a global leader in project development and construction has an incredible role available on our Building Services team in London. In this pivotal position, you'll take the lead on a high-profile site-based project in the heart of the city, leveraging your extensive background in mechanical services and experience as a principal contractor to drive the project to successful completion.
You’ll be the linchpin that holds it all together, deftly managing the principal contracting role while collaborating with the project team, supply team, design team and other key stakeholders. Your deep technical knowledge of MEPH systems will be invaluable as you oversee design and construction management, procurement, installation and commissioning. Working hand-in-hand with our procurement team, you’ll provide expert analysis of supply chain proposals to ensure suitability and best value. Compliance with industry and business standards will be a top priority as you partner with our safety and environmental team. And when it’s time to wrap things up, you’ll work closely with the Commission Manager on project completion and handover.
Throughout it all, you’ll keep everything on track, managing and reporting on program scheduling and deliverables to ensure we meet our contractual obligations. Your strong leadership skills will be essential as you support and empower your team, delegating responsibilities to keep everyone motivated and marching towards the same goals.
