Client: Since their formation almost 20 years ago, my client have gone on to become one of the most reproable commercial office fit out M&E contractors in London. They have a reputation for delivering fast pace fit out projects for the likes of Collins, Parkeray and BW. The business has just been acquired by a new Managing Director who has aspirations to increase the turnover. Following a successful first 18 months, they have been appointed on projects for Collins, Ambit and 8Build. Role/Responsibilities: * Management of subcontractor labour * All health and safety * Progress Reporting * Review and amend RAMS * Understanding of design & drawings * Snagging * Testing and commissioning * Driving job The ideal candidate: * Have 3 years’ experience managing multi-disciplined mechanical Services Installations. * Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of mechanical services. * Experience working in the commercial office sector.
