Electrical Project Manager – Flagship Commercial Scheme West London | £80K – 90K + Package Join a leading Tier One contractor delivering one of London’s most high-profile urban regeneration schemes in West London. As part of a joint venture team, this is a rare opportunity to lead the electrical package on a landmark mixed-use development, including commercial offices, retail, and public realm. You’ll join a forward-thinking building services team known for technical excellence, collaboration, and a commitment to sustainable construction. The Role Report to the Operations Manager or Project Director, leading all aspects of electrical project delivery within a major multi-disciplinary environment Take responsibility for design coordination, procurement, installation, logistics, compliance, commissioning, and handover Work closely with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to ensure smooth integration and sequencing on site Monitor programme milestones, proactively manage risks, and implement recovery strategies (Plan Bs) Drive compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards Influence design to enhance buildability, reduce whole-life carbon and cost, and optimise project outcomes Take an active role in cost forecasting, CVRs, and commercial performance reviews Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement within the business About You Proven experience delivering major commercial MEP projects (circa £25M services value) Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and multi-disciplinary coordination Background with a Tier One contractor or large M&E subcontractor Comfortable managing subcontractor teams, technical challenges, and programme pressures on complex sites Commercially astute with a strong understanding of forecasting, risk, and change control SMSTS (minimum) with a sound understanding of H&S compliance and project governance Excellent communicator and confident working in high-profile, client-facing environments Why Join?
