A fully franchised value-added distributor for the world's leading manufacturers of electrical products is looking to add to their UK Team. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of up to £30k base + commission and is office-based five days a week in Sheffield.

As the Internal Account Manager, you will be a critical member of the sales team and will be responsible for driving revenue growth with new and existing customers with a primary focus on developing accounts, increasing sales and contributing to long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop sales accounts.
  • Provide quotes to clients.
  • Follow-up on incoming enquiries from both new and existing accounts.
  • Process orders in the system.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German (Written and Spoken)
  • Preferably previous experience in sales support
  • Preferably a knowledge of electronic/electrical products
  • Computer Literate
  • Friendly personality with good communication skills
