A fully franchised value-added distributor for the world's leading manufacturers of electrical products is looking to add to their UK Team. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of up to £30k base + commission and is office-based five days a week in Sheffield.
As the Internal Account Manager, you will be a critical member of the sales team and will be responsible for driving revenue growth with new and existing customers with a primary focus on developing accounts, increasing sales and contributing to long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop sales accounts.
- Provide quotes to clients.
- Follow-up on incoming enquiries from both new and existing accounts.
- Process orders in the system.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Fluent in German (Written and Spoken)
- Preferably previous experience in sales support
- Preferably a knowledge of electronic/electrical products
- Computer Literate
- Friendly personality with good communication skills
- 24 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday (32 Days)
- Pension Scheme
- 2 Health Covers offer after 6 months probation
