Flexible remote role for a Home Based Sales (Commission Only) position working directly with Mike
Flexible does not mean you do nothing, quite the opposite; you must be Disciplined in your time & efforts as well as Determined and Dedicated. Commitment & Consistency are our building bricks
You must be self motivated
The right candidates will learn to be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers & business partners, providing excellent customer service. We provide all the Help, Training, Support & Encouragement for you to Succeed
Daily tasks include scheduling meetings/virtual meetings with prospective clients.
The role also involves providing training on products and sales strategies to clients and team members.
In addition to working yourself and building a great income by registering New Customers there is a substantial opportunity to build a Team of others, working with you and developing them into Leaders thus earning a Passive Residual income also.
Full Help, Support, Training & Encouragement is provided on an ongoing basis for everyone with Leadership Coaching for the more Ambitious & Motivated candidates
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience helpful not required
- Experience in Training and Sales Management again helpful but can be developed
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Self-motivated with good time management skills
- Experience in Management is also a bonus but again can be developed
- Attitude Above All is what will help you & is what I am looking for
