Description Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure materials are available for production needs. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain accurate records of materials and inventory data. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimise stock management processes. Identify and resolve any supply chain or inventory issues promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding materials handling. Prepare and present regular inventory and stock reports to stakeholders. Support cost-saving initiatives by managing inventory effectively.Profile A successful Materials Controller should have: Previous experience in inventory or materials management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
