Description
- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of HR systems (Workday) as well as others i.e MyPath and Payroll integrations, to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet organisational requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on system functionality and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Analyse system performance and recommend improvements for better efficiency.
- Deliver training and support to HR and other teams on system usage.
- Work closely with external vendors to ensure smooth system updates and integrations.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system processes and configurations.
