The Deputy Team Leader role in Wolverhampton is all about supporting the day-to-day operations within the engineering and manufacturing department. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently in this industrial environment. Client Details This role is with a company in the industrial and manufacturing industry based in Wolverhampton. Description Coordinate and oversee daily operations within the engineering and manufacturing team. 4 on 4 off Days/Nights 12 rotations then 18 days off Assist in managing team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Monitor and optimise production processes to improve efficiency. Support the Team Leader in planning and implementing projects. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to the team. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports as required. Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.Profile A successful Deputy Team Leader should have: Previous experience in engineering or manufacturing roles. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Knowledge of production processes and equipment in an industrial setting. Good understanding of health and safety standards. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
