The Interim Director, Corporate Communications, Content and Owned Channels will join a global FMCG business on a 12 month contract. This role will be responsible for leading the corporate communications team; with a focus on storytelling and the amplification of the organisations reputation. You should present experience in digital innovation with a passion for shaping reputation through communications and exceptional written, verbal and influencing skills.
The successful Interim Director, Corporate Communications, Content and Owned Channels will:
- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of content across owned channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
- Manage and optimise owned media platforms to maximise audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with marketing and brand strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the communications team, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
- Monitor and analyse communication campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
