The role of Contract Operations Manager will manage key customer relationships, optimise performance and drive operational excellence for this client.
Our client is considered a market leader, delivering essential services with a focus on efficiency and quality.
The Contract Operations Manager will report into the Operations Director and oversee the operations management team. Based at our clients operation in Surrey, you will be responsible for building operational and contractual best practice whilst delivering service excellence for customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overall responsibility for financial and operational core targets.
- Lead the integration of new contracts and attend contract review and negotiation meetings.
- Develop relationships with key customers and drive a culture of customer service and client focus within the service centre.
- Lead the operational management to optimise use of resource in order to deliver excellent service.
- Lead the development of long-term plans to anticipate future requirements and trends and build capability within the site to manage effectively.
- Lead the operations team to work collaboratively to implement standards and ensure compliance against requirements.
- Manage arising customer or contracting issues and work with internal and external colleagues to seek resolution.
- Work with the SLT regarding ongoing development and implementation of the business.
