Michael Page is seeking an Engineering Manager for a Cheshire-based manufacturing and engineering business. Lead the delivery of the Design project portfolio, drive NPI and ensure on-time, on-cost, on-spec outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.
You will own the NPI process, plan resources, chair design reviews, manage DFMA handover, and develop the Design Office team while maintaining H&S standards.
