Working closely with the Group Fleet Manager and operational teams, you will play a key role in supporting fleet activities across the business. Previous fleet experience is welcome but not essential, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong coordination, administration, and project support skills who is looking to develop their career in a fleet environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the fleet function.
- Managing fleet inboxes and coordinating high volumes of email communications.
- Assisting with vehicle replacement programmes, including arranging the collection of outgoing vehicles and delivery of new fleet stock.
- Supporting vehicle allocation projects across operational and business teams.
- Assisting with fuel card management and administration.
- Maintaining accurate fleet data and supporting data integration projects.
- Coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and operational teams.
- Providing administrative and project support to the Group Fleet Manager.
About You
We're looking for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of their workload. You'll ideally have:
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail and data management capability.
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to use your own initiative.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Previous fleet experience is desirable but not essential.
