Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site activities for construction projects, ensuring compliance with federal and government regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards on-site.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues effectively.
- Inspect work for quality assurance and ensure it meets project specifications.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
- Travel nationally to various project sites as required.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date.
- The Successful Applicant
- Experience in managing Federal/ Government Contracting
- Be able to pass a background and drug test for Federal work
- 5+ years experience
- Open/ ability to travel nationally
- Experience managing construction projects within federal and government contracting.
- Knowledge of federal regulations and safety standards in construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel nationally for extended periods.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly.
