The Superintendent will be responsible for
- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with PMs, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve any construction issues or conflicts.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring optimal resource allocation and sequencing of work.
- Maintain an accurate log of RFIs, Submittals, Change orders, material counts, and schedule
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

The Successful Applicant
The Superintendent will have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Super in Commercial/Office/Medical or restaurant/retail construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects up to $10 million in value.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
