Job Description
Must Have:
- Develop frontend and ServiceNow
- Have proficiency in using development and management tools in ServiceNow such as ATF, Test Management, App Engine, UI Builder, etc.
- Agile development
- Develop test cases for each user story and test based on understanding of how the whole system works
- Make deliverables related to quality (unit test report, integration test report, and so on)
- Review code based on coding standards
- ServiceNow CSA certification
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platforms and Mobility Services such as EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management), TEM (Telecom Expense Management), MDM (Mobile Device Management)
- ServiceNow CAD certification
