Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Design and implement a robust Talent Management Framework for identifying, assessing, and developing high-potential talent.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to embed structured career pathways and capability development mechanisms.
- Build and govern a robust learning needs identification process by partnering with business leaders, HRBPs, and SMEs to diagnose capability gaps and design targeted interventions.
- Lead the end-to-end PMS lifecycle including goal setting, mid-year/annual reviews, and calibration processes.
- Conceptualise and execute engagement initiatives that foster belonging, motivation, and organisational pride.
- Lead employee experience and engagement surveys; analyse insights and partner with leadership for action planning.
- Design and institutionalise a comprehensive R&R framework that drives performance excellence, innovation, and values-led behaviours.
The Successful Applicant
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
- Proven expertise in HR management within the industrial or manufacturing sector between 5-10 years.
