Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to align with organizational goals. Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce development needs. Design and execute employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance. Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve workforce planning. Develop strong relationships with business leaders to identify areas of development within their departments. Travel both domestically & internationally to build relationships. Manage and oversee performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
A successful Talent Management professional should have:
- A strong background in human resources, particularly in talent management.
- Experience supporting exempt & non-exempt employee populations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and employment laws in the United States.
- A proactive and innovative approach to addressing workforce challenges and opportunities.
- Ability to be onsite 3 days a week.
- Ability to travel 25%.
