  • Lead and grow a $40M+ Industrial business, driving profitable revenue growth through a combination of direct sales, strategic account development, OEM partnerships, distributors, and independent representatives.
  • Build, optimize, and hold accountable a national network of manufacturers' representatives and channel partners, improving performance, market coverage, opportunity generation, and execution.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across targeted verticals, applications, regions, and customer segments to accelerate market penetration and new customer acquisition.

Lead strategic account planning efforts and support the pursuit of high-value opportunities, while maintaining a strong focus on profitable growth and margin discipline.

  • Coach, develop, and hold the sales organization accountable through clear expectations, performance management, and a culture of ownership, urgency, and follow-through.
  • Drive sales process discipline through CRM adoption, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, opportunity review, and performance reporting.
  • Partner closely with engineering, marketing, product management, operations, and finance to align commercial strategy, improve customer outcomes, and identify new market opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned industrial or lighting sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through a combination of direct sales, strategic accounts, independent representatives, distributors, and OEM partnerships.

They bring strong commercial acumen, have owned meaningful revenue targets, and are comfortable operating in a hands‑on leadership role where they can both develop strategy and execute in the field.

  • 15+ years of experience in the lighting, electrical, industrial, or other technical B2B manufacturing sectors.
  • Demonstrated success leading and growing sales organizations with responsibility for $20M+ in annual revenue.
  • Strong experience managing and developing independent representative networks, distributors, OEM partners, and strategic account relationships.
  • Proven ability to rebuild, optimize, or scale sales channels while driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong ownership of forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, pricing strategy, and overall commercial performance.
  • Experience selling complex, engineered solutions into industrial environments such as manufacturing, food processing, infrastructure, transportation, or other demanding applications.
  • Effective people leader who can coach, mentor, and hold both internal teams and channel partners accountable.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively from the shop floor to the C‑suite.
