Our client is a well-established and internationally recognised consumer brand, known for its high-quality products and strong retail and e-commerce presence. With a growing footprint across the UK, Europe and global markets, the business is investing in its supply chain capabilities to support continued expansion.
As Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods across the supply chain, supporting both inbound and outbound operations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class service levels.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating inbound shipments from international suppliers
- Managing relationships with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Monitoring stock movements and ensuring accurate inventory records
- Supporting order fulfilment for both retail and e-commerce channels
- Resolving delivery and transport issues in a timely manner
- Ensuring all shipping documentation and compliance requirements are met
- Analysing logistics performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
The successful Logistics Coordinator candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented logistics professional with a passion for delivering operational excellence.
Key requirements:
- Experience in a logistics, supply chain or operations role within a consumer goods or retail environment
- Strong understanding of international shipping, freight and customs processes
- Experience working with 3PL providers and freight forwarders
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (Vlook-ups, Pivot tables etc)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Job Offer:
- Basic salary up to £35k
- 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday)
- Monday to Wednesday from our Weybridge office, Thursdays work from home
- 19 days paid vacation (excluding bank holidays), which increases with years of service
