Job Description:
- Lead strategic TQM initiatives to enhance organizational capability and competitiveness.
- Co-design and deliver advanced problem-solving programs (PSP Silver level).
- Strengthen execution themes and manage improvement activities across corporate and business units.
- Build capacity through trainer development and standardize TQM delivery systems.
- Design and implement new programs, conduct management diagnoses, and guide impactful projects.
- Manage budgets for TQM programs, trainers, consultants, and company-wide campaigns.
- Facilitate training and reviews with senior leaders, functional heads, and cross-functional teams.
- Influence operational thinking and integrate digital methods into TQM practices.
- Develop training content and methodologies, evaluate projects, and calibrate trainers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent application of TQM across functions.
The Successful Applicant:
- Education: from a tier1/tier2 college.
- Experience: Proven track record in leading large-scale transformational programs using Six Sigma, Lean, TPM, TRIZ, etc. Experience in both manufacturing and service environments. Strong background in training across organizational levels, including senior management. Exposure to award/assessment processes (Deming Prize, MBNQA, CII/Exim). Hands-on experience with digital tools and systems in improvement initiatives.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent (preferably from ASQ or reputed internal programs).
- Competencies: Customer orientation and conceptual thinking. Leadership without direct authority. Strong design, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work across hierarchies and manage interfaces effectively.
