Job Description:
- Manage the overall financial strategy and operations of the organization.
- Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Lead financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.

- 15+ years of progressive finance experience.
- Chartered Accountant.

- Clear impact metrics (₹/$ savings, % improvements, scale handled).
- ERP & digital finance exposure (SAP S/4, Blackline, Dynamics, RPA).
- Audit & compliance strength (IFRS/US GAAP/IND AS, SOX, GST/TDS).
- Process transformation experience (close acceleration, standardization).
- Shared Services / Global operations exposure (if MNC/GCC role).
- Stakeholder management at CXO/Board level.
- Cash flow & working capital ownership.
- Team leadership (10+ team size, multi-location preferred).
- Vendor / BPO governance (SLAs, KPIs, cost optimization).
- Business partnering mindset (not just reporting).
