Job Responsibilities:
- In regional level, manage the operation of/with Client's online store & Market place with technical knowledge and understanding for subs in SEAisa & Oceania.
- Liaise with other parties in the maintenance of the Client Online store:
- Global or local platform enhancement/modification team
- Store operation team
- Contents management team
The Successful Applicant:
Skills and Attributes:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or any related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years+ experience in consulting/business analysis or implementation management with eCommerce platform (Hybris) & Web management system (AEM).
- Technical Knowledge on eCommerce features and functionalities.
- Hands on experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Fundamental programming knowledge with HTML/CSS, SQL, JAVA, or C#.
- Able to work under pressure with proactive & responsible attitude.
- Good teamwork and hands-on approach and flexible outlook in the workplace.
- Minimum 5 resources+ management experience.
- Fluent in English in order to communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to adapt and work around obstacles to get things done.
- Ability to understand and respond to the drivers and concerns of both business and technical.
Advantage:
- System knowledge/hands on with ERP (SAP), or 3rd party system like Payment gateway.
- Strong experience in working with large organisations, multiple stakeholders, and big agencies.
