Job Description
- Define and execute a global IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business and manufacturing objectives.
- Lead enterprise-wide IT operations, including ERP, manufacturing systems (MES), infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
- Drive digitalization across plants, supply chain, and corporate functions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Partner with business, operations, and leadership teams to embed technology into core manufacturing processes.
- Establish strong IT governance, data security, compliance, and risk management frameworks globally.
- Evaluate, adopt, and scale emerging technologies such as Industry 4.0, automation, analytics, and IoT.
- Manage global IT budgets, vendors, and resources to ensure cost efficiency and high service levels.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on technology trends and their impact on manufacturing competitiveness.
The Successful Applicant
